Required Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree (MA / MPhil / PhD) in Political Science or Public Administration from a reputed institution.
• Proven teaching experience for UPSC (CSE) Prelims, Mains, or Optional subjects.
• Strong command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with UPSC exam trends, paper patterns, and answer writing techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Political Science & Public Administration Faculty to join our UPSC teaching team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the UPSC syllabus, strong conceptual clarity, and the ability to simplify complex topics for aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality in-class and online lectures (minimum 5 hours per day) for UPSC (CSE) aspirants.
• Design and structure the syllabus for Political Science & International Relations (PSIR) and Public Administration according to the latest UPSC trends.
• Prepare and evaluate test series, answer writing practice, and provide personalized feedback to students.
• Develop comprehensive study material, handouts, and current affairs notes relevant to the subjects.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentor students for Mains and Optional papers.
• Stay updated with current political developments, government policies, and relevant issues.

Collaborate with the content and academic teams to maintain academic quality and consistency.
