<p>Job Title: Video Editor & Videographer</p><p> Location: Gurgaon | Sector </p><p> Employment Type: Full-Time</p><p> Mode: WFO, 6 Days (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)</p><p><br></p><p>Your Responsibilities</p><p>As a Video Editor & Videographer, you will play a key role in building our visual narrative and engaging audiences. You will:</p><p><br></p><p>🎥 Video Production</p><p>Shoot high-quality videos including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, campaigns, and events</p><p><br></p><p>Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and sound for both indoor and outdoor shoots</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain and manage video equipment</p><p><br></p><p>✂ Editing & Post-Production</p><p>Edit and produce short-form and long-form content (reels, explainers, interviews, teasers, podcasts, webinars, etc.) for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms</p><p><br></p><p>Add music, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling</p><p>Create and maintain video templates and visual identity styles for brand consistency</p><p>Optimize videos for different social platforms based on format, aspect ratio, and trends</p><p>Collaborate closely with the social media and design teams for integrated campaigns</p><p>Manage video libraries, project files, and backups efficiently</p><p><br></p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p>1–2 years of experience in video editing, videography, or multimedia production (internships/freelance also welcome)</p><p>Strong portfolio showcasing both editing and shooting skills</p><p>Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar</p><p>Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup</p><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</p><p>A creative eye for visual flow, rhythm, and storytelling</p><p>Experience editing vertical videos, reels, shorts, and long-form interviews</p><p>Openness to feedback and collaboration in a fast-paced setup</p><p>Basic knowledge of color correction, audio balancing, and export settings</p><p><br></p><p>Bonus Points If You Have:</p><p>✔ Experience creating videos for NGOs, corporate storytelling, or founder-led brands</p><p> ✔ Ability to work on motion graphics or animated explainer videos</p><p> ✔ Experience working in content, design, or marketing teams</p>
