<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION: VISUAL & GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Branding Team)</strong></p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Brand & Customer Experience</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Gurgaon / Hybrid</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 4–5 years</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>senior Visual & Graphic Designer</strong> with 4–5 years of proven experience in building and scaling brand identities. This is a high-ownership role within the <strong>Branding Team</strong>, where you will not only design creative assets but also <strong>help decide and standardise brand collaterals, visual language, and design systems</strong>.</p><p>You will work closely with the Founders, CX, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the brand is represented with consistency, creativity, and clarity across all digital and offline touchpoints.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Brand Identity & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Co-create and maintain the visual identity system—logo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography.</li><li>As part of the Branding Team, <strong>decide, approve, and standardise all brand collaterals</strong> across the organisation.</li><li>Translate brand strategy into strong visual narratives and design systems.</li><li>Continuously refine and evolve the brand design language as the company scales.</li></ul><p><strong>Brand Collaterals & Creative Assets</strong></p><ul><li>Conceptualise and design:</li><li>Resident-facing collaterals (event posters, onboarding kits, newsletters, notice boards)</li><li>Social media and digital campaigns (static, carousel, and basic motion)</li><li>Investor & business decks, CX reports, internal presentations</li><li>Signages, wayfinding, standees, brochures, and merchandise</li><li>Property-level branding, room collaterals, in-property branding touchpoints</li><li>Build and maintain a central library of templates, design systems, and asset repositories.</li></ul><p><strong>Motion Graphics & Multimedia (Preferred)</strong></p><ul><li>Create short motion graphics, reels, and brand videos for campaigns and announcements.</li><li>Support basic video editing and brand-level storytelling through multimedia content.</li></ul><p><strong>Digital & UI Support (Preferred)</strong></p><ul><li>Design landing pages, mailers, and basic UI screens using Figma/Canva.</li><li>Collaborate with product/tech (if required) to convert layouts into usable interfaces.</li></ul><p><strong>Creative Concepting & Storytelling</strong></p><ul><li>Convert raw, operational or CX briefs into strong visual stories.</li><li>Bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns, engagement initiatives, and events.</li><li>Design with empathy—keeping residents, parents, partners, and employees in mind.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with CX, Operations, HR, Sales, F&B, and Founders’ Office for their design needs.</li><li>Ensure strict brand consistency across all properties and communication channels.</li><li>Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and minimal supervision.</li><li>Maintain quality, alignment, and timely delivery for all collaterals.</li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign</li><li>Figma and/or Canva for quick mockups & layouts</li><li>Good to have:</li><li>After Effects / Premiere Pro or equivalent for motion/video</li><li>Strong command over:</li><li>Typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Infographics and data visualisation for decks and reports</li></ul><p><strong>Behavioural & Professional Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong ownership mindset and ability to influence brand decisions.</li><li>High attention to detail with an eye for clean, modern aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and comfort with feedback and iteration.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented, and creatively hungry.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or related field (preferred).</li><li><strong>4–5 years of experience</strong> in branding, visual design, or creative roles at an agency/startup/consumer brand.</li><li>A strong <strong>portfolio</strong> showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, and multi-format collaterals is mandatory.</li></ul><p><strong>HOW TO APPLY</strong></p><p>Interested candidates can apply by sharing their <strong>CV + Portfolio link (Behance/Drive/Website)</strong> with the subject line:</p><p><em>Application – Visual & Graphic Designer (Branding Team)</em></p><p>to: <strong>utarsh@uniliv.in</strong></p>
